The Fictionals get intimate and interactive with Vancouver’s movers and shakers at R/Improv, starting on Tuesday, February 21 with dance teacher to the stars Tim Mah!

Tim is the founder of Danzkool, and BC Champion and Canadian Championships Finalist in 10 Dance and Latin American categories. He coached actor Jamie Dornan for a dance scene in the movie “Fifty Shades Of Grey”, taught background extras to dance Fox Trot in “Step Up: All In”, and rehearsed with Alan Thicke for a ‘pas de deux’ in the TV-series “J-Pod”.

Tim mission is to take the angst out of learning to dance. Whether it’s leading a flash mob of 2,000 people at a TEDx conference, or teaching high school students to ballroom dance, he’s ready to have fun. After all, “We are born to move – let’s do it with confidence and style.”

We’re excited to sit down for a live AMA with Tim at Cafe Deux Soleils to learn about his dance journey, hear some Hollywood stories, and even get an impromptu dance lesson. Doors at 7:30 pm, show at 8:00 pm, and tickets just $7 or $5 for students! More info on Hot Improv Tuesdays here!
