The Fictionals are excited to be a part of MOMENTUM Youth Arts Festival 2015, a three-day event celebrating youth artists by giving them a place to display and perform their art for their peers and community! Here is where you can find us

On Friday, October 23, we’re performing a special all-ages edition of Improv Against Humanity at the Anvil Centre! The NWSS Drama Department and Peter ‘N’ Chris are also on the bill, and the show starts at 7 pm.

On Saturday, October 24, Daniel Chai is part of a special Pecha Kucha New Westminster presentation, and he will be sharing what a recent trip taught him about saying yes to life.

And finally on Sunday, October 25, we’ll be teaching a Yes, Let’s Improv Workshop for the youth!

In front of a live studio audience, randomly-drawn contestants will play Cards Against Humanity while The Fictionals will bring the beautiful / wonderful / horrific cards to life! When we work together we all win at being horrible! All-Ages Welcome – Mature Content.

Presented by Vancouver’s own Fictionals’ Comedy Co. and West Coast Geeks versus Nerds, Super Fight Club is a Live & Unsanctioned fan show featuring the hit card game Superfight! Our panelists will battle it out in the ring using only their wits and words! Who will land the knockout punchlines? Come on down to find out!

With special guests from The Doubleclicks, Quiver: The Green Arrow Podcast, Caustic Soda: The Podcast, Table23 Comedy, Second Storey Theatre and Off Key Improv.

Improv Against Humanity – Terrible Two Year Anniversary!

Thousands of horrible people united. Hundreds of rounds of Cards Against Humanity played. Over two dozen Most Horrible Champions crowned live onstage. Now on November 19 and 20, 2014, Improv Against Humanity celebrates another huge milestone: our TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY.

It’s a Double Shot of Horrible as we perform two shows in two cities to mark the occasion:

1) Improv Against Humanity at the Rio Theatre (Vancouver): Wednesday, November 19th. Doors at 7pm, show at 8pm. 19+ Event. Tickets: https://riotheatretickets.ca/

2) Improv Against Humanity at Massey Theatre (New Westminster). Thursday, November 20th. Doors at 630pm, show at 7pm. All-Ages Event. Tickets: https://www.ticketsnw.ca/ Part of Momentum Youth Arts Movement.
