Golden Spike Can Can Dancers join us for Ask Me Anything Improv on September 18

Dancing and laughing both make the heart feel good, and on September 18 we serve up both at Cafe Deux Soleils! It’s Ask Me Anything Improv time, and this month we’re joined the illustrious Golden Spike Can Can Dancers!

Golden Spike Can Can Dancers

The Golden Spike Can Can Dancers are an energetic sisterhood of over 30 women based out of Port Moody, and are sponsored by the Pleasantside Community Association. They have performed at the Golden Spike Days Festival in Port Moody for more than 40 years, and entertain at a variety of other events throughout the year: fundraisers, parades, care facilities and milestone birthday celebrations just to name a few!

Golden Spike Can Can Dancers also dedicate time and energy to raising money for individuals in need in the community. Each year, they select an organization that is dear to our hearts and any payment that they receive for their performances throughout the year is donated to that charity. For the 2017/2018 year, funds raised from performances will be donated to Aunt Leah’s Place.

Hot Improv Tuesdays

Cafe Deux Soleils will be graced with a live performance by the Golden Spike Can Can Dancers, then we’ll chat with them about their work in the community! There will also be hilarious improv, a Q&A Comedy session, and more!

Hot Improv Tuesdays at Cafe Deux Soleils on Tuesday, September 18 starts at 8:00 pm! Tickets just $7 or $5 for students!
