Five reasons to see The Fictionals at Fan Expo Vancouver!

Hey geeks, nerds and comedy fans of Vancouver: just one more week until The Fictionals storm Fan Expo Vancouver for two epic improv shows! Happening April 18-20th at the Vancouver Convention Centre, Fan Expo Vancouver offers the newest and hottest in Comics, Sci-Fi, Horror and more, and it’s the first year that your Kickass Comedy Crew are part of the festivities!

If you’re coming down to the convention, we’d love to see you at our two live shows! Here are five reasons why you should add us to your Fan Expo Itinerary!

1) We’ll be crowning the first ever “Most Horrible Person of Fan Expo Vancouver” during our special Improv Against Humanity show on Saturday April 19 from 630-730pm in Room 109. Whether you’re a longtime fan of IAH, a huge fan of Cards Against Humanity, or just curious about the whole phenomenon, we encourage you to come down and experience this interactive comedy extravaganza for yourself! (All Ages)

2) We are performing a brand new show on Sunday, April 20 from 330-430pm in Room 109 called Improvised Adventures of Fan Expo, drawing inspiration from the weekend’s events, celebrities and more! It will be fast and furious like our Hot Improv Tuesday show, and we need your suggestions to make it pop! (All Ages)

3) Special guests! Fan Expo aren’t the only ones bringing in talented guests to entertain! The Fictionals are proud to welcome Allen Morrison and Ian Boothby (Critical Hit Show, VTSL, Sneaky Dragon) and Jeff Penner (Table 23, IamCaNerdian) to our live show roster this weekend!

4) Epic Prizes! We’ll be giving away lots of sweet prizes at both our Fan Expo events, including tickets to our upcoming show at the Rio Theatre, Throne And Games: Epic Comedy inspired by Game of Thrones!, Action Figures, passes to our fellow geek shows in town (Geekenders, West Coast Geeks vs Nerd, Critical Hit Show, Fan Expo Afterparty at Fan Club), and this sweet Batman: Arkham City board game from our friend & sponsor Starlit Citadel!

5) Free High Fives! Maximum of three high fives per person. First come, first served.
