Vancouver Improv Fight Club welcomes Graham Myers and Cassie Baradas on August 27

Hardcore Hilarity takes over Cafe Deux Soleils on Tuesday, August 27 with Vancouver Improv Fight Club! Joining the Tag Team Turmoil this month is the duo of Graham Myers and Cassie Baradas aka the Sundance Kids!

Graham Myers has been improvising and teaching professionally since 1998 and has had the great pleasure of teaching and working with groups from all over Canada, the USA and Europe. He is the Improv School Director of Instant Theatre, the Artistic Director of Second Storey Theatre since 2009, a former mainstage performer at Vancouver Theatresports and has participated in festivals and shows around the world from Slovenia to Seattle.

Cassie Barradas is a former middle school teacher and a current goofball. She is a member of Queerprov in Vancouver, and developed Improv for Teens on the Spectrum which was featured on CBC Tapestry’s “Waiter, There’s a Hammer in my Soup.” Aside from the classroom, Cassie is a writer, children’s theatre performer, and anxiety-haver. She’s been published 17 times with CBC Comedy, two times with Reader’s Digest, one time with The Second City Network, and 0 times with National Geographic. She is mother to two amazing cats: Mooney and Bo.

Sundance Kids will be facing off with two other terrific teams: Taylor Ray & Daniel Chai and Jeff Cooper, Jalen Saip & William Vaughn! They will battle it out with shortform games with scores issued by audience judges! The winner will be crowned #HardcoreHilarity champions and get to choose the stipulation in the second half of the show.

Keep the laughs going on Tuesday, August 27 at Cafe Deux Soleils! Doors at 7:30 pm, laughs starts at 8 pm. Tickets just $7 or $5 for students.
